This will be a SWEET trip. And, unlike some of our recent planned activities, it is logistically sound. The trip will begin at Earth Treks climbing gym in Timonium, MD. Go to http://www.earthtreksclimbing.com/content/view/9/44/ and click on the picture for an idea of how sweet it is. A day pass is $16. After a couple hours of climbing, we'll go to downtown Baltimore for dinner and then to Loyola College for a screening of King Lines, a badass climbing film. Watch the trailer here: http://www.reelrocktour.com/trailers/index.html?v=../flvs/kinglines.flv (takes a while to load). This film starts at 7:30, and tickets will be $16 at the door. Several calls to Loyola yielded assurance that plenty of tickets will be available. The film might last until 9:30ish, and we'll likely be gone by 10. With no traffic, Loyola is only 1:40 from here, so we may well be back in time for... you know, going to bed on time. Right.
This was a SWEET trip. It began at Earth Treks climbing gym in Timonium, MD. http://www.earthtreksclimbing.com/content/view/9/44/ After a couple hours of climbing, we went to Towson for dinner and then to Loyola College for a screening of King Lines, a badass climbing film. Watch the trailer here: http://www.reelrocktour.com/trailers/index.html?v=../flvs/kinglines.flv (takes a while to load). It was preceded by a documentary on soloists in Siberia and a preview of a British gritstone climbing film. Afterwards, there was a raffle and Cam and Alex won free climbing passes and DVDs. After a stop at Adrian's house, we got home at about midnight.

We have TWO vans confirmed for this, so that means 14 spots. Everyone who wants to can come, and encourage friends who aren't in the club to come. Up to 14, that is. We want to leave at 1:30 to have more time at Earth Treks, but we realize that some may have class/lab until later.
Cam, Alex, Katie, Carl, Drew, Adrian, Doni, and Duncan went.

Direct questions to me, Drew, or Adrian.
