Vehicle Reservations Proceedures

The insert club officer and insert club officer are the only student who have the authority to reserve college vehicles for use on club trips. In order to reserve vehicles for your trip, you must e-mail one of these individuals with a complete list of the participants for your trip at least 3 days prior to your trip departure date. You should check to see that all participants on your trip have filled out the appropriate Recreational Sports Liability Waiver prior to sending the list of participants to one of the individuals above. It is to your advantage to arrange the reservation of vehicles as early as possible since college vehicles are often booked far in advance. There is no guarantee that college vehicles will be available for your trip.

Liability Waivers

In order to participate in any Outing Club activities each student must complete and submit the standard Recreational Sports Insurance Form and Liability Waiver each academic year. The following list of students have filled out and turned in complete Recreational Sports liability waivers for the 2006-2007 academic year and are therefore eligible to participate in club trips at this time.
