Afterwards...
Although it was a gorgeous day, with not a cloud in the sky and highs around 65°, the trip got off to a bit of a rocky start with the realization that Grab 'n' Go closes at 10AM. Everyone (Adrian, Duncan, Drew, Cam, Amanda, Ramsey, Rob, Chris, and Miles) met at the Depot at 11, and we drove off to White Rocks at Pond Bank with Adrian's and Cam's cars. We were able to alleviate the food situation with a stop to Sheetz on the way to the crag. When we arrived, Adrian, Duncan, and Drew set anchors for ropes on Jim's Throne/Sign of Zorro and the Bolt routes. The rope on the bolt routes was later changed to hang into the Chimney. Everyone got to climb a bit, and everyone had a great time. We started taking down the anchors around 6 and left the crag around 6:45, coming back to campus around 7:30. All in all, it was a very successful outing for the Outing Club and everyone had an awesome time!
