WDCV Fall 2008 Retreat
The retreat will take place Saturday August 23rd and Sunday August 24th
Web Changes
- Change sports, public affairs and events schedules to use google calendars
- Use Google Groups for bulletin board feature
Topics for Promotions
- Plan for possible remote broadcast at First Friday Sept. 5th on West High Street
- Organize calendaring system to keep track of upcoming events during the year
Technical Training
- Soundforge for recording and editing shows
- Remote Broadcast equipment

- DIY Dickinson Shows
DJ Meeting
- Decide location -somewhere comfy
- Organize to be informative AND fun
- Food+Music+Location
- Contact community DJs so they know they don't have to come to meeting - send them app with due date
