Their mission is to assist infants, children, youth, and adults with disabilities, and their families, achieve their goals of development, growth, independence, and full citizenship.

Their mission statement is based on the belief that all people in the community have an equal opportunity to participate in community life, regardless of abilities and/or disabilities.

UCP is a non-profit organization, which is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. It is an affiliate of the State and National UCP Associations. UCP has facilities in
