  • Their mission is to assist infants, children, youth, and adults with disabilities, and their families, achieve their goals of development, growth, independence, and full citizenship.
  • Their mission statement is based on the belief that all people in the community have an equal opportunity to participate in community life, regardless of abilities and/or disabilities.
  • UCP is a non-profit organization, which is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. It is an affiliate of the State and National UCP Associations. UCP has facilities in
