Hello,
We would like to invite all faculty and staff for workshops focusing on uses of technologies for teaching and research. These workshops are for all employees and will cover a wide range of topics from the basics of log ins and file transfers to the use of cutting edge technologies involving virtual environments and simulations. The workshops will be offered in ? at the same times on ???. Feel free to stop into any of the sessions during each of the three days. Lunch will be provided.

Podcasting - Audio recording program options, good and bad uses for podcasting
Google Calendar - embedding a google calendar in a webpage
Word for Scholarsh -- How to use Styles, Headers, Master docs, etc. to manager largish academic documents.
RefWorks -- WE SHOULD FIND A LIBRARIAN FOR THIS
Refworks is already being offered October 4th and 5th by the librarians
Digital Resources (e.g. JSTOR) -- DITTO
Macromedia Dreamweaver Tips & Tricks
Dickinson's Network - Passwords, Folders, Quotas, Webmail & Outlook basics
Wiki's and Blogs
