                  Ireland became independent in 1922. Their economic performance before and after their independence from U.K was notable in what it didn't accomplish.Along with this Ireland xperienced a century of stagnation in their population size-the 1981 population size was
the same as their 1881 size. The reason was the not-so-good economic circumstances that
the Irish working population confronted which led to the increase in net emigration to economies with better economic circumstances.
