Programming

• Find good shows to record
  • give guidelines for good shows to record
    • Don't use time stamps/weather report/christmas music etc.
• Organize the PSA's with local

Public Affairs

• Create more DIY shows
• Add home grown PSA as only option for Psa's?
• Find important events to promote from the compass (read psa's)

Sports

• New equipment
• Tutorial for equipment
• Sports schedule

Web Changes

• Change sports, public affairs and events schedules to use google calendars
• Use Google Groups for bulletin board feature
• Use Facebook/Myspace for online connections and event promotions

Topics for Promotions

• Plan for possible remote broadcast at First Friday Sept. 5th on West High Street
• Organize calendaring system to keep track of upcoming events during the year

Technical Training

• Soundforge for recording, editing shows, standard file naming conventions
• Remote Broadcast equipment
• cd ripper in production booth
• DIY Dickinson Shows
• Revision of DJ Training Manual
• Revision of DJ Application form [*.pdf copy file on office PC]

DJ Meeting

• Decide location -somewhere comfy
• Organize to be informative AND fun
  • Food+Music+Location
• Contact community DJs so they know they don't have to come to meeting - send them app with due date
• Have specs ready for flyer design
• Describe upcoming service opportunities
