Overview The Feminist Movement is one that began in the 19th Century, and took place through three separate waves. They argued for many different issues, the strongest being the right for women to vote, others include, abortion, rape, harassmant and equal pay. Through these three waves, women and men made great strides in the way of life for women in America.
