Overview The Feminist Movement is one that began in the 19th Century, and took place through three separate waves. They argued for many different issues. The strongest one being the right for women to vote; others include, abortion, rape, harassmant and equal pay. Through these three waves, women and men made great strides in the way of life for women in America.
Feminism A collection of theories, ideas, and morals that concern equal rights for women. Arguments normally include wages, reproductive rights, rape, domestic partnership and many more. The main idea being that women deserve the same rights and treatment that men do. They right for all races, classes, and religion, hoping to gain equality for everyone.
