Liability Waivers
In order to participate in any Outing Club activities each student must complete and submit the standard Recreational Sports Insurance Form and Liability Waiver. The following list of students have filled out and turned in complete Recreational Sports liability waivers for the 2006-2007 academic year and are therefore eligible to participate in club trips at this time.
