ATA
From Dickinson College Wiki
ATA stands for "Against Technician Advice". This is a rare option when a user requests the laptop back before RSA techs have finished working on the machine. This is rare because the user usually waits until we are done with it, but in certain circumstances (i.e. it is taking a long time, it's just before break, or the user gets impatient) we can discharge it. If this does happen, make sure to check the ATA box in FileMaker. This will indemnify us in case the user complains later on.
