To add content, click the edit tab above, type your content, then click save. To add pictures, you'll have to create an account (link upper right). Once you've logged in, you'll have a "upload file" link. Upload the picture you would like, copy the text they give you, edit the page where you would like it to appear, paste, and save. Below is a picture as an example. If you edit this page, you'll see what I mean.
