Fifth Enlightenmnet Resource: The Blackwell Companion to the Enlightenment

This source is helpful in briefly explaining different terms and individuals related to the Enlightenment. Though this source does not go too in depth on any one subject, it may be used to provide general information on different facets and people relating to the Enlightenment. The topics are presented in alphaetical order, and the book as a whole is formatted like an encyclopedia, but is focused purely on how each topic is related to the Enlightenment. For more general topics, such as "nature", there is a small bibliography, which may be helpful in referring the researcher to sources that could provide more information on each individual idea. This source would best be used for background research to better understand the connection between key terms and the Enlightenment.
